Terms of Service

Last updated: April 23, 2026

These terms govern access to Spendwall, including the dashboard, billing flows, provider connections, and any related support or governance features.

1. Service scope

Spendwall provides software for provider-aware spend visibility, threshold monitoring, billing controls, and team governance. Features may differ by plan, entitlement, and provider capability.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, workspace membership, and any credentials used to access the service. Access may be suspended if use appears abusive, unlawful, or harmful to the platform or other users.

3. Provider connections

You represent that you have authority to connect the providers, accounts, or billing sources you add to Spendwall. Provider connections are intended for monitoring and visibility and may depend on the official APIs or billing endpoints made available by each provider.

4. Plans, billing, and renewals

Some capabilities require a paid subscription. Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle presented at checkout unless cancelled. Stripe processes billing transactions and customer portal operations.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Spendwall to violate law, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, or misuse provider connections in ways that exceed your own permissions or rights.

6. Product changes

Spendwall may evolve features, route names, provider coverage, plan limits, and UI behavior over time. We aim to improve the service responsibly, but do not guarantee that every feature or route remains unchanged forever.

7. Disclaimers

Spendwall is a monitoring and governance product, not financial advice, tax advice, or a guarantee against overspend. Source data freshness and completeness depend partly on the external providers connected to the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spendwall is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from provider outages, third-party billing behavior, or inaccurate external source data.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Spendwall may suspend or terminate access where required for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance, or material breach of these terms.

10. Contact
